It's a CDI system, not just new coil packs...

Ok guys time for an update

This system has been performing exceptionally well on the BVP Evo X. There has been zero issues. The only thing holding up release has been the plug and play connector for the opposite side of the harness connector. It is not produced by mitsu and we've looked into having it made. However to have a mold made would cost in excess of $20,000.

We are working on an alternative that will get the job done without cutting wires. We haven't forgotten you guys.

The guys that have posted in this thread will get first shot upon release. Honestly we have been very busy and will be taking a concentrated effort to release this system shortly.

I am curious, on stock frame turbo's is this really going to make a difference? I know on the older Evo's they would see some breakup, but I don't think on the Evo X people have had issues really. Is this more of a thing for higher HP Evo's? Or will this further improve the Evo X ignition even on stock frame or even stock turbo'd cars?

Yea, you guys for sure have a sick setup, what I am wondering is this setup worth it for someone with an FPred, like your car used to have? Do you honestly feel/have results that it made any more power over the stock ignition setup?

Because this type of system worked well on the older evo's because you would start seeing the stock one breaking up and I believe less aggressive timing was needed, so this would allow more timing.

So would this help at all on the EVO X? I have no doubt this is a killer setup, but I am not sure if it is worth it for the 500whp and below crowd i guess.

Well

Our setup on that days was FP Red , Intercooler with Pipes , exhaust and a ecutek reflash by Gadiel

on the dyno we just add the sparktech and the tune was the same and was like +15 more whp

we didnt have to much parts and works for us why cant work for another car?
