What's the actual code you threw? It could be the MAF going out (it seems to happen enough).

Any chance you can go back to stock and drop it off at a dealer :0)

no, i dont have my stock intake and the dealer knows what i have done to my car....

Recheck vacuum lines! try hooking back up the stock boost controller as well?

1st part of your post ive done many times, but i did it again today, yes ive tried to reconnect my stock boost controller, that was actually the first thing i actually did after seeing my pipes/clamps/hoses...etc... were fine, still nothing...

update: took my MAF sensor off, put on my friends MAF sensor who has a X, still no boost......

Maf would Definately throw a CEL if it wasnt reading right, hell the car would barely run. so you dont hear a spooling sound at all, and you already checked to see if the shaft spins freely. does the car buck or make any popping or missfire noises.

had the codes read after going into "limp mode" .....P1235.....fuel meter....... called AMS, they said they should be able to reflash it again for me no charge but first i need to email "chris"...did that, now im waiting.....
