I read that JDM stock MAF housing is 1/2" diameter larger than USDM stock MAF.

When you installed your JDM intake, did you find the silicone joint between the MAF and intake adaptor slightly bigger on the MAF side?

I have ordered the Gruppe M intake and Blitz suction pipe (turbo inlet), and since both parts were designed for JDM MAF, I suppose they would have a larger inlet diameter than the USDM stock MAF housing (3.5" vs 3")

Just wanted to see if anyone who is running JDM intakes have also changed their MAF housing. If so, which aftermarket MAF housing would have 3.5" diameter like the JDM stock MAF housing and has same length has the USDM stock MAF?
