How many miles are on your X MR that would warrant you to change out your iridium tipped spark plugs?

I think 8,000 miles a bit too early to change out the Iridiums. The iridums in my VIII saw 40+K miles before I switched it out. I actually had better gas mileage in the old worn out iridims then the regular NGK that are 3K miles old.

Believe it or not, but I went from 280 miles on full tank (mix city and high driving) to about 250.

i have some HKS M-Series spark plugs, but i'm waiting a little bit to put them in. i'm at 13,500+ miles currently, i'll probably wait until 15-17k.

Stock plugs will suffice. We have cured a many customers ignition problems from using the wrong or aftermarket plug due to an internet fad that there is performance to be had with a "colder or high performance plug".
