Does anyone have an answer to this yet?? I have the same deal that's been happening since I installed the Red. It might change with temperature, but it never fully goes away. Is this a wastegate issue? I am running stock WGA, tightened up a bit. Could there be some other bost leak? This never occurs when running the gears to redline at WOT, such a on the drag strip. Usually 3.5-6K on the highway in 3rd, 4th or 5th. I've learned to modulate throttle to avoid this some, but it's quite annoying, and definitely hinders performance.

Wastgate or BOV could be the culprit, has anyone swapped them one at a time and tested to see if there is a difference?

We reversed the BOV while on the dyno, and that didn't change the numbers at all. It wasn't really fluttering on the dyno though. I haven't tried that on the street. WGA was tightened, per your previous suggestion, which I thought helped at the time, but the flutter is still here. I think I'm noticing it even more now that I'm driving with the windows down. It's quite loud outside the car.

I had said that mine stopped when it got warmer outside but I noticed it was doing it again - 90 degrees outside.

As a test you could run the wastgate signal directly to the WGA and it would try and run minimum boost of the WGA with a full signal (likely 11-15 psi depending on creep). At least that would elminate that high boost or the boost control circuit has anything to do with it.

It's really odd people are getting this noise at WOT, still trying to think what else it could be.
