SSTF Fluid, Transfer Oil, Rear Axle Oil

SSTF Fluid, Transfer Oil, Rear Axle Oil
The owner's manual mentions about the following fluids for maintenance:
- DiaQueen SSTF-1 (those with TC-SST only)
- DiaQueen LSD gear oil (Transfer oil)
- ATF SP III (Rear-axle oil)
But doesn't go into lengths to explain how to do this. Does anyone know of diagrams/instructions for these? How often do we need to top them up?
