Intake CAI question INJEN AEM AMS other???? help me out...

im looking to purchase a good clean looking intake CAI.... I just purchased the AGP cold air intake BUT i forgot about the MR model having a cooler behid the fog light so i couldnt even use it... Secondly i think that AGP's intake is not the best quality... Im looking more into AEM and INJEN right now... i know that with AEM i wont get any new sounds and with INJEN supposebly its very loud.. what i like about them both is that they look well built and will cover up all the missing pieces after the factory box is removed....
i was also looking at AMS but t looks basic and im not sure i will like the soudns... i defiently want to hear the BOV but do not want the car to sound like its missing something... what is the best sounding especially out of these two the AEM AND INJEN.... any videos??? any suggestions... I dont want to sound like a honda civic!!!!! also does anyone know if INJEN sells the intake WITHOUT the UICP??? help me make a descission guys... and i know about the drop in filter and all that but still want to start with the intake and move on to the FMIC with pipes next.... Also i want this intake to be a plug in play with no oil catch cans and stuff... i want all the factory connections to go where they are supposed to...... thanks guys..... been looking around for 3 weeks and made the wrong choice with AGP... dont want to make another one... also if anyone wants to buy a AGP cold air intake for the X let me know....

AEM = sounds like stock/factory. If sound is what you want, then you don't want the AEM.

What makes you say the AGP quality is questionable, anything in particular? I was thinking about getting this piece.

but i ended up buying the AEM because of good feedbacks and its carb legal too.

Everyone says AEM doesnt increase sound.... I installed it about two weeks ago.. and I can definately hear the BOV, while I couldnt with stock... Plus in my opinion AEM looks bada$$. But I do agree that you will get more sound with others...

has anyone installed an injen? im interested in hearing some sound clips... i have removed the stock box and put on a cone filter to see what the sound is like and i HATED it... the BOV sound was cool but when the turbo started to spool all i heared was air getting sucked in... thats cooooool BUT the sound was offf as if something was missing... my question is will the injen sound the same?? or even the ams.... i know that aem will sound nice and quiet with only the bov sound.... really interested to see a sound clip of the others especially under load....

I like HM's intake, great bang for the buck $$$. Phantom09: Sounds like you haven't installed it yet,if so please tell me about the quality, how it fit. Any issues?

Do you have an AP?

Even with AEM, you can, if you wanted, remove the CAI box surrounding the cone filter. You'll lose the cold air suck, but you'll get your noise back. (I removed the top cover of my AEM to spray it red/black to match the engine bay.. could hear it very clear when it was open)
