Reverse anyone?

It seems more often than not after fulling engaging reverse and letting up on the clutch I can watch my shifter pop from reverse and make a grinding noise??? I now hold the shifter back and everything is in the clear, anyone experiencing the same thing or can anyone tell me what the issue is???

This is really an issue you should take to a dealer. It could lead to more problems down the road if not resolved...

I've had issues fighting this thing into gear since day one, I had my dealership look into it, they sent the paper work back stating it was normal, they didn't even care to take a look at it, they called it a characteristic of the vehicle!!! It's hard to get into 3rd and makes a loud popping noise and now reverse! The other day coming off an entrance ramp to the freeway it refused to go into gear! The clutch doesn't slip at all, but I've had this reoccurring problem they've decided to ignore since I purchased the car!

Take it back to mitsu, have someone sit in the car with you and try to repeat it for them so they can really see what's going on.
