drop in air filter, good choice?

soo, i just bought a HKS drop in air filter, and i was wondering if it was a good decision to buy it. i mean its cheap, and i feel like it will make me actually hear my turbo spool up and bov go off once in awhile. i bought the last one from www.jscspeed.com sorry guys

Discussed over a million times. Use the search function. Personally, I would've done some research before I shelled out money for that filter.

We like to use the Cosworth drop-ins because they are made of the dry flow material (like AEM's) no oil needed!

FWIW, the K&N drop in picked up +22hp on a 10 MR dyno test in a magazine.

any other reasons why you like the Cosworth drop-in? any noticeable gains? like i said, i like the sound of the turbo spooling up and hearing the BOV, which im not hearing right now with everything stock.
