I am looking into getting the Nisei piping kit for my X. I have a few questions.

Is it alright to get the Nisei intake piping kit? I know that many intakes will throw the CEL light.

However, if I would go with the Nisei intake pipe and connect it to the stock intake and use a drop-in filter (i.e. HKS, WORKS, Perrin, etc...) will it throw any codes?



Option two, if I would get a Nisei intake pipe and connect it to a cone filter and use a AMS heatshield for the filter would that throw a CEL light?

I have all nisei pipes and an hks drop in in the factory air box. No problems at all. Very nice setup. No cel tho my car is tuned.
