Well My point is to avoid that... Any solutions to my problem? Any ideas of what is causing that?

[quote=Hiboost;6979268]If the WGA is set from the factory to open at 10-12 psi with a hose going straight to it, having a properly working boost controller set for 22-24 psi in the lower RPM's should hold the boost much higher than what you are seeing.

I have set up my boost at 24 psi MAXIMUM in 4th gear... It's past 6000rpm that it drops to reach 11,5 at 7500rpm.

Granted the stock turbo will taper at higher RPM's due to flow but I would check to see if there is a bleed hole in your boost controller design. If not try putting a small pin hole in a hose barb and see if that will relieve the pressure. If boost is being trapped between the MBC and WGA it will make spoolup slow and keep the wastgate open until it bleeds off.

I have just ordered another mbc ( Forge Unos ) so I'll try to find out if it my mbc that is crappy... I'll get it monday.

I'll cross my fingers to solve this issues... Thanks again for your suggestions and your help to try to fix my problem. I really appreciate.

By the way... Why would you suspect a futur blown engine? It's not like I am overboosting... I'm losing boost... What could possibly go wrong...

I hate to sound like somewhat of a Ahole, but that's just a possibility you face when street tuning and using a MBC. My suggestion is to get it to a tuner.

I am already tune... The hic is that I installed my mbc and increase the boost from 21 to 24 psi and wanted a second tune for this new setup... But with that boost droping fast past 6000 until 7500rpm (from 18psi to 11,5) I can't retune until I fix that issue...

See, this is why i said what i said. You got a tune on the car(good by the way). But on top of that you go and add a MBC to up the boost. The tuner put certain fuel and timing tables for what the car was doing before the MBC. Once you up the boost without modifying the ECU you are risking your engine.

The proper way, would be to go back and have them retune your car with the MBC and have them set it for the PSI you want to reach. If you want to try and do it your self, at least get a Wideband and monitor your AFR make sure you are not leaning out too much.
