Need some help with GM Boost Control
I've been doing some logs and been trying to tweak my boost. I'm unable to mimic my mbc. Boost comes on pretty late with the GM Solenoid. What am I doing wrong? I have tried Razor's settings for the 27psi and same result for me, full boost comes after 5500 rpm. I've done a boost leak test recently and there was no leak. Here's the settings.

If I leave the rpm from 500-2500 in the 100%. I won't get full boost of 26psi until 5500 rpm. I lowered those rang to 70% and I hit full boost of 26psi a little after 4600 rpm still not where I want it to be. This is with boost correction erro 0 for all range. So to get more boost, I would have to raise WG right? I'm also not able to hold 25psi by 7,000. This was the main reason for me to give this thing a shot. For reference, here's my MBC vs GM -only comparing where it hits full boost on. I bumped up my load offset up to 170 from 162 and saw little to no difference. What do I need to do to get my boost to hit full boost of 28psi by 4600rpm or less?
RPM MBC GM
4600 28.5 24.9
5000 28.4 26.2
5500 27.4 26.4
6000 25.5 25.9
6500 24.3 24.7
7000 23.0 23.3

Are you logging load error and WGDC correction? If not, I highly suggest it.
Is this a stock turbo? Stock actuator? I would personally run 100% WGDC from 500 to 2250 at least.
Have a log you can attach?

At this point, I'm just trying to dial in my boost. This is on FP Green with HD wastegate. I'll do some more logging tomorrow.

Ok, so I did another run with a different setting and it seems like it's getting closer (full boost by 4800rpm) but I still haven't got it to hold 25psi up to redline. Do I need to bump up boost desired from 6000-7000rmp up a few notches to hold boost to redline? I know I'm knocking and will reduce my timing in those areas before doing any bumping up. Now, how do I make adjustments to my MWGDC tables by comparing it to the WGDC and Load Error from the log? Also, why is my WGDCorr always at 63.5? Any tricks to making it hit full boost sooner? Thanks
Can you do a pull from 2500 instead of 3500 and see how it spools?
Also you might need to preload the FP actuator a bit more. Also I have seen about 5 FP actuator's go out and make the car laggy as hell. We had a FPgreen evo last week start hitting full boost at 5500rpm all of a sudden ( before it hit full boost at 4000), checked the actuator and all of a sudden it had no preload at all. Just came right off the flapper when I took the pin out.

Really quickly:
1) forget about logging 2byte rpm - its kinda a waste of logging speed and throws up weird numbers occasionally
2) I have included my boost tables - take note of the rpm scaling - I picked 2500 as WGDC drop point because thats when I can hit boost in 5/6 gear.
