Braided lines

I've been searching but I can't seem to find the information I want.

I would like to replace all the Oil feed and water feed lines on my stock turbo with aftermarket Braided Stainless steel lines.
I need to know what type/size of adapters I need for these

If anyone has done this or has information regarding this, let me know.
