Robert @ Forced Performance

I've called several times over the past week and left messages with you.

I NEED THE NEW OIL FEED LINE FOR MY FP RED TURBO!!!!!

I bought the red and was sold the mandatory ss braided upgraded line that takes the oil feed from the head. I was informed last week that "oops" we(FP) were wrong... it will eat your turbo. Well I've been running 35+psi since I bought it... and now my car has been down for one week waiting for you to call/email/or contact me in ANY way so that I can get this new oil feed line. I have money waiting.... PLEASE contact me. I hate resorting to making threads on Evom to get a vendors attention, but seriously you guys... ANSWER YOUR PHONES AND LISTEN TO YOUR MESSAGES!

You're not the only one, they never answer my emails/calls either.

Turnaround time on their turbos is rediculous and getting through to them is next to impossible.

Come on boys, hire some more people.

so wait -- 80 bucks for a new line.. and if you are running the right setup they told you to when you got your red(IE before the deadline)

You can BLOW UP your turbo.. and they will rebuild it for free..

But still want to charge you for a line. That just sounds like poor business management to me.

I called and left 2 messages and emailed about getting my IX rebuilt into a red, after a week of no response I decided to just max the IX and wait to see more results on 91 oct for the BBK.
Like Teal2nnr said Customer service is a lot of sales. If someone gets back to you in an hour compared to 3-4 days you will go with the other person cause they gave you their time a lot sooner and made an effort...

Their parts are amazing.

If you were to order a red right now. You should expect to recieve it last week of august, first week of september.
