Anyone experience noise switching back to panel filter?

So i threw my OEM panel filter back in because my cone was just a cheapo one to see how the mod is. After i did this i noticed some sort of noise when driving. i cant really describe it. It sounded like i was dragging a stick on the road, a woosh kind of sound. Maybe even a leak in the airbox. i didnt throw any codes and it didn't change with speed or rpms. i messed around with the gears and nothing i did changed the noise. it was more noticeable when slowing down with slight brake pressure.
But like i said i thought i was dragging a stick so when i got back i checked and nothing was there. I went out to a ball game, got back and went home. (about 4 hrs later) the noise is gone and everything is fine....

So has anyone else had any experience with this or anything? even any theories?
i prob should have reset ecu.

Make sure the bottom clip on the airbox is on. Same thing happened to me. Its most likely a leak.
