I just changed the plugs in my 04 evo with auto lite plugs and experienced the same thing. I learned a valuable lesson. Don't put cheap stuff in my evo. Bought and installed new NGK's and everything works fine. By the way, my stock plugs had 68,000 miles on them and the gap was less than the recommended .024 - .027 and the electrodes were still in good shape.

Dude, you're the MAN! Mine is a daily driver, recently road tracked for the first time, and my work commute is like 60miles a day. To have that many miles, you are the Mileage KING!

Just teasing a little. But that's pretty good miles for sure. I think I will catch you but it'll be a few years.
