AMS Motor Mount Bushings - Install issues

Has anyone installed any of the AMS bushings other than the front one?

My installer got the front one in just fine, but is having difficulty with the motor side bushing and the tranny side bushing, as the bushings seem larger than the OEM mounts and the existing OEM bushings? Anyone experience this?

Problem solved, there is a sleeve around the stock bushing that was sticking to the mount. Once that's removed then you can press the AMS bushing in...

They completely change the car. I had these put in along with the AMS under hood bushings and new tranny fluid. Already had TWM short shifter and console bushings.

The tranny feels much more direct and much less sloppy. Gone is the grind I used to get from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd. The car also feels a good deal more powerful and responsive. In 5th gear at highway speeds, it now feels like it's in 3rd gear. Touch the gas and it takes off. Feels great.

Downside (or upside) depending on how you look at it is the vibration. It really vibrates a lot at idle, but calms down a good deal once moving. A lot more engine noise is transmitted through the cabin as well, which I like. I could see how a lot of people would not like this though. To me, it gives the car that Evo VIII or IV feeling of rawness and something special.
