Its a one piece down pipe / High flow cat, looks well built.

NO...and there's a reason....it's not worth it.
Just get a test pipe and save yourself a ton of $$$. The downpipe portion yields no gains over stock. Just get a test pipe....it will be the same.
Now if you're talking about an o2 / downpipe combo, then that's a whole different story.
