Yes, there is a CEL fix between the o2 sensor and the test pipe. It is included with the test pipe.

I have the T1R down pipe and test pipe on my X. No issue for CEL.

My friend has the Ralliart and do have the test pipe so it works for sure but not sure about the down pipe.
