Just looking at the bolt-ons and mods, my bet is that it'd run a bit leaner than stock does, which ought to (if I'm right) have a bit better fuel economy if anything.

But would he know? Would any of us drive that in a mellow way for an entire tank to try to compare? :-) I'd be stompin harder on the pedal

 

With open headers like that be sure to place a heat shield around that connector on the back drivers side corner of the engine, or at least some DEI cool tape or something. I had the upper portion of that plug start to go molten on me after some "test" runs even with header wrap.
