Uhhhh. Not really. In fact I wouldn't be suprised if nothing changed at all. the AFR might change a tiny bit, but as far as REQUIRING a retune I highly doubt it. Maybe some tuner can chime in.
You don't need a tune at all. As far as the exhaust is concerned, you're going from a straight pipe to a straight pipe. Resonators are straight through. All you're doing is quieting the exhaust tone, not adding any restriction whatsoever.
Even if you were swapping to a high flow cat, they flow enough that there isn't a significant restriction which would require a retune.

Resonation doesn't change the flow at all. There's nothing inside a resonator that protrudes into the exhaust stream. It's a straight pipe.

thanks guys!!! that's good news spoke with my tuner and he confirms that too. have to get resonated tp at least just for winter , drone with closed windows during highway cruise is CRAZY!!! hope that resonated tp gonna help me.
