3582 twin scroll problems

Ok, I got my kit that was started by jms in san antonio finished up by evolution dynamics in Dallas and everything felt pretty good and only got stronger during the drive home. By the time I got back to Abilene, the car felt amazing. Started it up today to test it out again farred's stage2 cobb tune stock turbo setup. Everytime we do a pull, it cuts out and I get codes. Here they are.

0123 Throttle Position Sensor (Main) Circuit High Input
1233 Throttle Position Sensor (Main) Plausibility
1235 MAF Plausibility
0139 Heated Oxygen Sensor (Rear) Circuit Slow Response

We went under the hood and found that there was only one wastegate hooked up and the one that wasn't hooked up had to be reinstalled correctly as the vac port was on the upper part as opposed to the lower. We gapped the plugs to .020 and made sure everything was good to go and retuned. The car was amazing at this point and I was becoming at ease, but only 4 starts later, it's done it again. Same codes, and limp mode. At this point I have no clue what it is.
We have to run 27psi on the car b/c the springs in the wastegates are too stiff.

I'm clueless at this point. What is wrong?

I wish i could help.. I got tuned today and was tripping the throttle codes and the tuner added extra settings into ecuflash i believe that can turn off those codes. problem fixed afterward.

the last two i think are directly related together, i remember having those codes before. My maf went out shortly after, but i'm not expert.

So, just adjust the air check tables and torque limit tables? Then, if we can't get it where we want it, just disable it all together? I wonder which one of the two tables is causing the problems.

Jeremy -

Let us know if the DTC Disable codes work.

Thanks,

My tuner knows how to do it, but wanted to tune it out if possible.

Use the "mode23 illustrated" thread as a guide, instead of copying the mode23 xml in, you copy the dtc xml in..

exact same process

Thanks for the help. I'll check that out now. Sorry for all the newbness. I just want to learn everything I can. I wish there were a handbook/textbook to teach me everything. I don't even want to learn it to make money off of others, I just want it to be able to be happy with the car. It's been a pain in my *** lately since I've been getting so many limp modes, lol.

We raised the limitters and it's only popping the codes every once in a while. If it pisses me off again I'll go ahead and load the new map I have that is supposed to have the dtc's partially disabled.
