actually if it's wrong, just put dumbass because the freakin hanger is on the opposite site... it just seemed like the exhaust would hang down to low if it were turned around.

Yes! Its backwards.

I took a lot of shots under my car when I put mine on. They are all here:

Here you can see the hanger being used:

Here is the front of the test pipe, and you will notice that I don't have an o2 bung or a hanger hole.

You can see more pics in the album above.

the previous owner of my test pipe did the same thing... but rather than fix it they actually welded on a new hanger! It hung lower and scraped on the ground a lot too. So you're not the first!

I'm not sure on the mileage. I work exactly 4 miles from work. One section of road I take is a 55 mph road, so I have a bit of a tendency to floor it from 0 to 70 each way. But that said, it still takes me close to 2 weeks to need a refuel. Next time I have to drive it across town, I'll know.

As soon as Cobb releases the 2010 AP maps, I can go do my dyno tune. And I can tell you mileage for that too, because I'll have to drive 3 hours each way to get there. (Omaha to Kansas City)

Oh, and when you flip that pipe, I just stuffed all the extra cable for the O2 into the little cubby thing that the wire comes from. I don't know why the factory put the bung on the opposite side of the car.

better late than never.

on the bright side, if it's a test pipe, i don't see how it would affect anything. even if there's a cat on it, they're usually bi-directional.

but with a cat you really can't install it backwards, unless stevie wonder is doing your install

Let us know if that fixed your rubbing issues.

Oh, and it would be interesting to know if you cut that bolt off for no reason.

yeah, it did cure the rubbing issues so far... don't know about the heat shields, but so far not a sound... and yeah, looks like the bolt got cut off for no reason.
