Your title is confusing. Are you looking to run different engine setups depending on the turbo you are running?

What is the car going to be used for?
What characteristics are you looking for?
Both can be used on a daily driven car without issue.

Please give more information so people are able to help you.

Learning typing english language with grammar properly helps much well.

Thanks for the input. I have a FP red now and want to something that is less lag. I was wondering with the stroker kit would it help, or go with a completely different setup like the BB-X turbo with forge internal.

I think you would be fine with the BBX turbo if your car would be below 30 psi and a somewhat more conservative tune. I doubt there is a serious need for better internals.

daily drive no need internals imho, less lag on fp red hmmmm maybe u could improve it by adjusting your mivec maps. i'll start to think or worry about internals when i hit at least 400 whp & up or a heavy track junkie on a 4B11T for reliablity. well i could be wrong just my 2 cents.

A stroker always feels less "laggy" due to the bigger displacement (more engine only power).

But... it's a ton of money for a lot more headaches.
