I don't know on power, but my car woke up with a catback.

13.7 @ 101 stock
13.2 @ 104 catback
13.0 @ 105 turbo back

Otherwise stock.

I have Yoko s.drive tires and would spin all through first. 2.1 60'

I estimate a 12.6 with good launch and sticky tires...
