So I just bought a 2010 MR about three weeks ago. I already ordered AMS intercooler, piping, intake, and exhaust. Besides this, it is going to be tuned in Predator AMS in PR. I just wanted to know the safest whp to have in a daily driver, and if I could get any other important bolt on to make this baby a beast!!

 

Congrats on the new MR. Mine is only a few weeks old so I know what you're going through trying to find more power and such.

Best things you can do for yourself. Fire up that search button up at the top, and when in doubt browse around, there is too much information in front of your eyes to miss out on just asking a giant blanket statement for who ever happens to be on in the next few days. So much info has already been covered.

Check out the SST forums to get to know your new transmission better. Those stock cluck packs have a limit. And Horsepower is only limited to $$ after you upgrade all the supporting mods. and what you can tolerate as a daily driver is up to you.

If you want an opinion... here's my .02c GO nuts, have fun, be safe. If it gets unbearable for everyday commuting buy a beater!

I also have a 2010 MR about 3 weeks old. So far I have Eibach springs, Whiteline Roll Center kit, AEM Intake, Cobb AP and an Artisan exhaust. The exhaust is coming off soon if the silencer I should be receiving today doesn't quiet it down enough. I live in Cali and the authorities here pretty much have no sense of humor. It's really loud and I am just asking to get pulled over. Especially since it's RR with dark windows. The exhaust sounds really good - just too loud for a dd. It drones a bit inside too. Especially when you get on it. Looking for other option now in case the silencer doesn't do it.

Midnighyt is right about the tranny. If you are gonna go carzy might be worth investing in the SSP stuff to take the abuse.
