Almost 60k 08 DD has been to track a few times and is completely stock other than boost gauge. Best time so far 13.5 @ 101, has seen launches and lots of hard driving.

 

26 on stock clutch switching to ACT i hope it lasts longer i dont want to have to do this every year -.-

 

lol... autocrossed it the first week I got it, so that was 16 launches. Launched it about 5 or 6 times since, and after some reading, not planning on doing anytime soon. 2k miles and feel great, if it breaks, I will simply buy a better clutch as I have hear the stocker sucks.

wow, my 2008 clutch only lasted 3k miles. I lunched it once. then the second launch it just slipped. i put an exedy 3 puck that lasted another 20k miles until I traded it in.

 

what did you trade it in for?

 

50k at 310 mustang whp now got an fp green but my motor blew a week after getting the new turbo put in donw for 4 weeks should be rolling again next week though

 

41,000 miles started doing mod at about 35,000 never launch the car untill i new i was getting a new one. Question when you put a new clutch new is there a petal adjustment that needs to be made or it like riding the clutch and it can get burnt out with in 3,000 miles anyone know or the person that i am talking about just can't drive and has gone through 2 clutches with in 4,500 miles

 

i have 31,000 on mine so far and holding up strong. Ive launched it about 20 times or so but no trips to the track yet

 

26,000 miles, no mods, launched a few times but driven like it should be. Fixing to start modding soon so we'll see how long it lasts...

 

27k miles, 345whp(for about 3k miles), only about 3 launches... clutch still doing great! Not looking forward to spending $2,000 dollars on a clutch... anyone have any advice on a good clutch that isn't 2g?

 

i killed my stock one at 4k i think it was cause of slipping the clutch to much at the strip my stage 2 ACT is at 36k and holding strong

 

Spec's are around the $500 range.

29,500 miles 3 launches and 350whp/360whtq for the last 20k miles or so.

 

spec's shatter, either act or exedy but not a double clutch

 

does any one have the AMS clutch line? heard this helps improve the life of the clutch and pedal feel since it removes the pill
