P0139 after a trip to the dealer - thoughts?

Been running with OpenECU since I went out to HB Speed and had Jon tune it back on 4/1. No codes or anything. Went to the dealership today and had an oil change, where they did a 21-point inspection as well, testing battery, checking fluids, etc.

Got home, went to breakfast, and on the way home got P0139. Went to Autozone and got them to clear it for me. I do have the mechanical fix for my secondary O2 sensor, using two spacers.

Any reason I need to worry about this or is it generally a nuisance code with the mods I have in my signature? I believe I can disable it with OpenECU, but my Tactrix cable is at my new house in Chicago, and I am driving out there from Phoenix tomorrow. So I wanted to make sure:

1.) This was okay to ignore for now.

2.) If I can disable this code when I get my Tactrix cable

Any thoughts or why I may have gotten this all of a sudden?

For reference, looks like the secondary O2 sensor was quite loose. This could explain things. Hoping it is fixed now.
