i think you need torx bits to get the headstuds out...

you will possible need a honer to re-hone the bore... i am not sure if the $70 ebay item with a drill is ok or not

socket set for the rest of the bolts

probably some sealant for the rocker cover

ring compressor for the piston rings

feeler gauge to measure gaps

torque wrench to torque things up properly

hammer for when things go wrong :P

I know on my new motor the ring gaps will not be that tight that's for sure.
