Hi guys, I recently purchased my first Evo. A 2008 apex silver GSR. The car has 12,000 miles on the clock and i think i have a problem. The car seems to be miss-firing at high RPMs (5K and above). It is especially noticable in third gear and above where the engine is under full load for a longer time between shifts. Im taking it to the dealer tomarrow but i wanted to get some feedback here as well.

Check Fuel Pump Relay. If it is black, it's most likely bad.

p.s. Don't drive it like that till the problem is fixed.

I have a 2010 and my fpr is black so do i replace it or is it covered by warranty
