am looking into buying set of cam but they said i need to TECH TIP: These are comparable to the HKS 272 Style Cams. Some type of fuel management (ie. S-AFC, etc.l) is highly recommended when installing larger cams. Plug and play application. what does this means a fuel managemnt.....IE.S-AFC??? i don't know and do you even need it y can't you just install these cam and call it good???

Well number 1 don't buy from Lancer Shop. MANY horror stories. There's many vendors on here that can help you and offer much better customer service AND better price. When doing cams on the X keep in mind you have to measure out the bucket clearance and order new ones most likely. I had to. Secondly be VERY careful with the larger cam cap. It is VERY easy to snap in two and once you do you have to remove head to line bore the new billet ones (which SSP has). Thirdly, I don't think much tuning is required if your car is otherwise stock since it runs sooo rich but I do recommend it to get best results. You can use open source which is free (so long as you have a cable).
When I hear all those horrible stories (like snapped things) I wonder if it is worth AT ALL to touch anything under the hood...
