Im getting a new down pipe and test pipe. What gasket do i need at the top of the down pipe and any recomendations on 3" gaskets for the rest of the exhaust?

If you're talking about the gasket between Turbo Adapter ("O2" Housing) and Turbo, re-use your existing one. It's a nice thick metal piece.

 

I know they come with them but generally speaking, they are crap. Plus I have E-check where I live and will need new ones eventually anyway when i swap out the test pipe.

 

if you bought a divorced dp you can't use the oem gasket because it will creat a exhaust leak. Now for the gaskets being crap, I guess I have been lucky because the one's I got from cp-e and xtremeboost were great.

 

You should be able to reuse the OEM Donut Gasket which is the gasket for the O2 Housing to the downpipe. For the rest of the exhaust, you most likely are bolt bolt flange and then just get whichever size exhaust you have, i.e 3" 2 bolt flange exhaust gasket.
