any issues what so ever with your rebuilt/upgraded turbo? or would you just recommend buying a brand new one. I was looking into sending my stocker to fp for an upgrade to a red but not sure if there was any issues pertaining to that?

Mine works great...holding up to 38psi of abuse.

FP checks the stock turbo over and they can reject it if its not up to snuff. Mine didn't have too many miles on it so I wasn't too worried.

If you have a decent amount of miles on it, I'd probably just order a new one but if you are on a budget you can try the upgrade route...like I said FP will check it over.

How much does that route save you over buying it brand new?

Does CBRD offer the core exchange yet?

Anybody know what that adds to the lead time?

One of those deals, where I don't need any more paperweights.
(FMIC, UICP, Intake box, TBE,...) My wife wants to kill me.

Life would be much easier without choices...

i believe its $1100 to upgrade and then if you want the upgraded wastegate actuator and/or porting services, the price goes up
