^My first thought as well.

Second thought, why do you assume the dealership is right? Give us more info if you can on what happened and what is still happening.

Is your fuel pump turning on still? Can you hear it priming, have you checked spark plugs? Did you zip tie your fpr hose down? Have you updated your fuel relays?

Etc etc.

thats crazy. im assuming its a fairly new car so there had to have been something defective. you have 3 simple mods that i dont think could cause any failure.

were you just cruising or getting on it when it died?

it would be hard to get it covered under warranty because of the mods but you could try the magnuson moss act route. get them to explain to you how the mods caused the failure. if they can prove it then you're screwed. if they cant, they have to fix it under warranty by law. i would just put the stock rom back in though.

goodluck

The only way they will void your warrant if they have pictures if your car with the mods, and pictures of your vin etc... So if they havent done all that and enter the info into there system then you should be fine taking it to another dealership

Update your location so people can find you. Odds are better you'll find someone who can help in the regional forums

do you have ecuflash? tactrix reflash cable?

how did you get a custom rom flashed to your ecu? if a tuner did it then it would be best to take it back to him and get it put back to stock.

but honestly, i dont think they would read the ecu and be able to tell its been modded. not 100% sure on that though.

personally i would print a copy of the magnus and moss warranty act... slap the service manager and tell them to relate a timing chain snapping to a intercooler pipe... no way they can void or not cover a warranty claim with your modifications. well almost no way...

my dealer knows i have every bit of my mods... i even put it in valet mode when they service it cause i caught my mech doin a 4 wheel drift around the corner as i was leaving one time...
