I would go with synapse DV one I saw it holds very well with fp black. 25-26psi holds to redline. no issue

I've seen to many stock blow off valves leak at 24 psi to ever trust one higher. I had one leak at 22psi. It takes to much time to properly tune a car to screw around with a blow off valve that comes partially open at boost. Money doesn't have anything to do with it.

Stick with your stock unless you're increasing HP a good amount. And don't forget to recirculate it

In prepping someone's car for the track I ended up making a pressure tester that would pressurize the boost signal line as well. Before crushing and after crushing numbers here:

------------------------ Stock ------- Crushed
Dumps Boost -------- 27 psi ---------32 psi
1 min leakdown ----- 24 psi --------- 29 psi
2 min leakdown ----- 22 psi --------- 27 psi

In summary I was able to get the stocker to hold another 5 psi consistantly in the tests with the top crushed down evenly to where the nipple rests on the edge of the BOV. The only negative so far is that the car makes that choo choo noise of the BOV fluttering at low RPM and partial throttle boost at 3000 rpm instead around 2500. Overall it's well worth the tradeoff and the car still drives perfectly fine. I noticed that the tune now holds boost pressure better, so much so that the stock boost control needs to be re-calibrated now since before it was dumping boost like crazy past 26-27 psi.

It's a good blow off valve, but it is kind of a pain to tune. You also have to make sure you get the right spring, or you will want to kill yourself tuning it.

Hey koz, what are you running on your built MR? I am building my MR and plan to just go 100% VTA TIAL 50mm.

Running SSQ myself but bought the recirc kit as well. No problems thus far and sounds like sex in my earholes.
