Comp clutches won't put a whole lot more strain on the CMC than the stock clutch will so my guess is the plastic stocker will be fine.

where do you get that from?

the stage 4 is a 250% increase in holding over stock.

you definitely need to upgrade the CMC

I'm a bit shocked at MAP for not bringing this up when I ordered my clutch last week. I went with the stage 4.

Any reviews of this clutch?

The rated holding capacity has nothing to do with the strain put on the CMC, what matters is the weight (clamping force) of the pressure plate and the geometry used to created that clamping force. The Competition Stage 4 gets it's holding capacity from the friction material and 6-puck design, not an ultra-heavy pressure plate. The Comp stage 2-4 clutches all use the same pressure plate; not sure about the stage 5 but I'm guessing it's also the same. I had the stage 3 in my IX (actually prototyped it for them using three different variations). It will be no harder on your stock CMC than offerings from Clutch Masters, Spec, WORKS, etc.

To the OP - the 4-puck is going to be a very grabby clutch for daily-driver duty, but if you get it at least opt for the sprung hub. I'm tempted to suggest you get the sprung 6-puck instead (the stage 4 isn't too bad of a clutch at all for street use), but don't want to be responsible for giving you bad advice if it were to slip
