While quiet, it's certainly not California quiet.

 

I had an AMS on mine, and loved it ... when bumping around, it was tolerable, and at full song, it sounded great ... STF

 

If you got the ends, Cobb makes a nice, quiet exhaust that looks stock.

 

I love my t1r 76s turbo back. It sounds very quiet and somehow it doesn't attract any attention since you can't even see the tips if you're directly behind. It's also angled so you'll get much less carbon deposits! Unlike most other exhausts, the flanges are full stainless steel and will never rust!

 

My Tanabe Medalion CBE is CRAZY quiet. I made a thread on here as well. Might be just what you're looking for. ; )

Get an agency....Its really quiet...

 

Do you have dB readings? It may be quiet, but it must be below 95dB there.

They can issue random fix-it tickets there just to get the car inspected. Not fun, nor cheap.

LA is very strict.
