FP black lots of smoke clouds out the tailpipes

I am noticing lots of smoke not blue but black so that fuel right. Anyway is this right?

Black is rich mixture yes. Is it all the time or just under full boost? I am on stock turbo and tuned and I still look like a diesel when I hit full boost.
