I just got a used Perrin one piece HFC. It is in great condition, however, there is somewhat excessive carbon build-up inside the entire length of the pipe. It was used by the previous owner for less than a year. Should I be concerned?

Thats kind of what I figured, but just want to be sure. There is quite a bit in there. Or at least more than I have seen.
