I had the same problem. I had problems with 1-2 and 2-3 and back to 1. It goes away after a bit, but still get bushings and change fluids.

 

I had a similar problem with 1-2 and 2-3. Car has 6600 miles, took it to the dealer yesterday and they're dropping the trans and t-case. The trans will pop out of 2nd as well. Synchros, or improper assembly is where I'm leaning...

Unfortunately with warranty work, I'd love to actually see the teardown myself...but they do everything, which is kind of annoying.
