I know this may be an controversial topic but im really just trying to see if fuel system cleaners are used on the evo and if they work......In my opinion they do some good but also may hurt your odb system. I have pulled o2 sensors in my former cars non performance and seen weird green build up on it all i can think is its due to the cleaner additives. I have taken the approach that the additives just add crap to the system so dont use them and you will be cleaner than if you used them. I could be wrong Im open to ideas.

 

Most of the off the shelf stuff is just plain junk. I have been told no o not use brand x y or z period by several tuners/ dealership mechanics. The real trick is use good fuel. Shell, chevron. Not racetrack or 7-11.

Maybe DW or ID injectors companies will chime in as well of this thread
