I have the same problem on my for months. However, the code p0300 and p0304 only popup at idle when the car is started. If I clear the code after it on and drive away, the car works fine and no code at all. If I turn off the car and start it again, the code will pop up. I don't know what happen with it, and can't find the way to fix it.

Dude, there's lots you could do here....find a scan tool with data stream, and look at things like fuel trims and misfire counters..OR...swap an ignition coil from like 4 to 1 and see if the missfire moves. p0304 is a cylinder 4 missfire...p0300 is a random. You could even swap injectors from each hole to see if you can pinpoint the miss. At idle there should be more vacuum in the intake tract, so a code popping at idle could be a loose intake pipe or a poor fitting CAI.

Ignition coil were swapped around.
Injectors were cleaned up and swapped.
Still got the same code P0300 and P0304. I'll check the intake pipe then

I just got this code... Last week I had gotten a shot pre-cat o2 sensor code (cant remember the code atm) which I cleared with the MUT and this week I got the P0300. I had gotten the gsc s2 cams installed 2 weeks ago and it's normal with aftermarket cams.
The evo is not acting up weird AT ALL. Shifting is fine, no extra noises, no bucking no nothing. Thus the theory is:
Spark plugs? (I will be extremely pissed if it is because I had NGK's put in 3 weeks ago).
Relay? (running the blues but it could be the case, i will inspect later)
and the closest theory to the problem is that ECU needs to be a tweak just a little bit due to the rough idle it's thinking there is a cylinder misfire. Gonna handle this problem tomorrow as Cobb is closed today.
