I grabbed the CP-e dual non res for like 680 shipped when they had their xmas sale. Fedex or UPS dropped the box and it bent the slip fit part which took me about an hour of screwing with it to get on, but other than that, I love it. Great sound, deep raspy and zero drone without a resonator.

I knew I should have picked something up when the damn holiday sales were going on

$1,678. Not sure if they charge shipping due to the large boxes, but i imagine they will. I do all my business through MAP now. That's my exact setup you see above and I couldn't be happier. Sure you could get cheaper systems, but some lack the R&D to get the flow JUST right and they are cheaper materials sometimes or the welds aren't quiet as good so they eventually break. A DP needs to be welded right since it gets a little warm lol. Good luck on the purchase man, but i recommend the above with the contoured flange and extra 02 bung on the DP with the HFC!!

UR was the first catback I tried...off the car and sold within two weeks. I couldn't stand the sound, and I had the supposed quiet version which was anything but.

I humbly disagree. The magnaflow is the most amazing catback but it makes kick *** power and can be had for cheap. I actually got mine used for a freaking song, best mod I've done.

MAP will do the 3" mod to the inlet for cheap, order it through them!

Yeah, the Magnaflow easily wins the best bang/buck award. I got one for $405 shipped, brand new. I no longer have it, but it was great for the price.

ok ok ok so it's not the quietest in the world i give you that! Mine is NOT the quiet version by any means. i'll take your word on the so called Quiet version. I have the test pipe all the way back to the dual exit. no res. very loud....

Now the only reason it was best bang for my buck is b/c i got it for $270 Shipped on e-bay a few months back.. some guy who owns a muffler shop didnt know what he had... said some guy just bought the car modded and wanted a quieter exhaust, only used a few Thousand Miles... My Best bang for buck i guess lol

But yes damn loud.....

Kracka so later on it would NOT benefit me to get the res Pipe if i quiet it down? j/w Thanks

Well, adding additional resonators and mufflers will always quiet an exhaust system down. Exhaust is a very personal thing though, one man's "quiet" is another man's "OMG my ears!"

Very True... My Wife hates mine on the inside.... its not like drone.. just hella loud at WOT.. Cruising isnt "BAD". But outside sounds very deep.... Thinking of adding a res Test Pipe Sometime. Dont Like Fort Worth PD Looking for a reason to pull me over.... Thought about a Mag Flow. I Just Couldnt Pass up my Deal...
Back when i bought mine at Don Harring I Test Drove there one that Michael Williams Owned. Put down 455WHP. That was one sick SOB on 161.... Loved the Cobb TBE Exhaust on that thing... Cant Go wrong there either.. pretty Quiet how he had it set up...

These men speak the truth. My son bought the Magnaflow for the same price that Kracka did. At first, it was so quiet, it seemed not much different than stock. Later, he added a downpipe and custom 3 1/2" test pipe that necked down to 3" for the Magnaflow. The sound is about perfect. Definitely more aggressive, yet no drone and nice idle. Sound is something that is subjective as was mentioned, so decide what is right for you.

Running the Invidia Q300 and I love it. No cabin noise what so ever, and it sounds mean on the outside. As for the downpipe i would go widemouth (AMS, ETS, MAP). If you do choose that route, make sure you have money for a tune. Many on the forum will tell you its not the smartest idea installing a widemouth downpipe without a tune.
