Bumping an old thread just to confirm that the Tomei IS DEFINITELY NOT FULL 3” all the way. It narrows to around 2.75/2.8 at the flange. I cut it off and welded a 3” flange to fix the issue so it’s fixable but you’re better off with a true 3”.
