Port/Polish question

I've seen a few companies that do this for throttle bodies, intake/exhaust manifolds, turbos, etc....what are the actual benefits of this?? Check the link.... http://www.grimmspeed.com/catalog/pr...roducts_id=158 ..... they're saying PnP on the stock turbo will yeild 10-20hp and 10-20tq AND spool 200-600rpm faster, is this a bunch of crap or pretty legit and actual benefits can be had?

This isn't a gimmick like most things these days. You get more, smoother, higher capacity air flow and has been proven over and over again.

Porting and polishing TB's and Manifolds is all fine and dandy but is not a cost effective or worthwhile mod for a typical forced induction application. You can increase flow by simply increasing pressure which is easily done on a turbo car. Of course when you start talking about very high hp applications like 1000whp and so on then yes , flow testing heads ect ect can yield nice gains.
