Turbo has no wind

Hi guys , I have a 2010 evo.
My turbo is not winding right , I'm running 25 psi but just last night
It was only doing 5-10 psi . Any ideas of what can be causing this ?
Car runs normal and all exept for this, help is much appreciated thanks

check your couplers from turbo to intercooler to throttle body.

It was one of the t's from the vacuum lines ,one of the tips had broken off
