Injen Kit

So I put a cone filter on the stock MAF/piping of my brand new 2012 MR a couple weeks ago and I thought it was pretty good.

Today my Injen intake and UICP kit arrived, just finished installing it and took it for a drive and DAMN! What a difference! It spools up so much quicker and is much smoother on boost.

Just a note to others, I weighed up the pricing and options on the AMS and ETS intakes and I went with this one... and I'm very impressed!

I have the Injen kit on my 2010 as well. It performs every bit as good as AMS, Ets, etc.. Glad your enjoying it!

I had this on my MR and now on my GSR~ Awesome bang for the buck! One word of warning is that on the MR, the filter is right on top of the SST tranny which generates LOTS of heat. I had my MR stall out sometimes, but the remedy to that is to turn on the AC go figure :P

Haha, thanks for the tip! I always have the AC in so I should be fine. Just drove 300 miles with no problems.

Did you put the front plastic cover back on? In the install guide it doesn't mention it but I see no reason not to?

Good man. You can't ever be too safe.

Plus Injen is one of the preferred Cobb intakes.
