Evo x mr 08 rough idle

I just bought a 08 mr evo x with 22000 miles this is the mr i have drove and didn't know of it was normal for the idle to bounce from 500 to 1000

i have an 08 MR as well and until it gets warmed up all the way it will idle oddly like that too. usually has to either sit running for ~15 mins before it will stop or it has to be driven 2ish miles. i'm not saying that it's normal, just that i've had the same experience. btw i'm jealous that yours only has 22k... my just rolled over 72k today =/

Idle

Thanks I found the proble it was that little hose by the dipstick came off I put it back on and no problems. Thanks I got lucky its a 08 rr with aero kit pretty clean car 25998

check the fuel pressure reg hose, see if its out.
