Are these just standard 214-C cams or is there something special that makes them different?

Standard C's.. The largest cam set made by Kelford for the X off the shelf. Not sure why there was so little feedback on these big boys.

 

Nice, looking forward to results! The -C's look like a nice setup

 

They are. I don't know if I can shed details about them, but they seem to be super aggressive and help out my top end (even on stock turbo)

Just a few idle adjustments later... and Bamm--- smooth as butter!!

 

Just a heads up... These cams picked up 25-30hp over 214-b's.

A lil more practice and we'll take her to the strip and let the mph be the judge.

We used these cams in Vegitoss's build back in December. We did a 2.2L motor, 214-C cams, and a Stage 3 PnP head.

It's still on a stock turbo since he's saving up for a big turbo setup, but it made something like 388whp and the most LOL-worthy torque curve I've ever seen on an Evo X. With some tricks, we got it to idle as smooth as stock.
