Slight Clunk Left Front

Hey guys, Im new to this forum. Came from a Speed 3 to my 2011 evo x. I have been doing research on this forum about front end clunks on the evo x the past few days. To start off, Im lowered in H&R's. I'm experiencing a very slight clunking sound when the car is around 3-5mph. I noticed it not by sound but from feeling it through the clutch pedal and floorboard. Its nothing anyone can hear unless you drive the car and can feel it at the pedals then you notice it. It does it going straight on a smooth surface going forward and reverse, over slight bumps, going up driveways. Clutch is not engaged so car is in neutral and rolling. I'm a mechanic so I have had the car on a lift checking sway bar links, axles, control arm bushings, ball joints, struts, tie rods, engine mounts, brake calipers bolts, drive shaft etc.. all seem the be good and tight. Threads I have read mostly point the strut mounts. But even on a SMOOTH surface I can feel it. I'm thinking axle, but the wheel is straight and NO clunking when turned to the left or right also the car only has 18000 miles. Any advise would greatly be appreciated from anyone with this issue or experience working on evo x's. Love the car but this is driving me bananas. Gotta find this problem.

I would start with the axles first but keep in mind that the hats on these cars are weak. Even on a smooth surface the hats(strut bearings) can make noise simular to what your describing. Had the same issue on my '12 5.0 after I slammed it down on some H&Rs....best thing you can do, if the equipment is available, is to pull apart the front end (being that your not sure where its coming from) and diagnose it from there. Another option is to raise the vehicle on a lift and have someone put the vehicle in gear....pull the MPH up to about 10 and stand under it listening for the noise.
